I have been a licensed Missouri REALTOR since 1997 and hold a Missouri Broker's license. I also have several years' experience in condo property management. I grew up in central Wisconsin near a lake/resort area. I moved to Milwaukee after high school where I met and married Dale. We moved to the St. Louis area in 1987 and in 1994, purchased a condo at Lake of the Ozarks with the intention of it being a "second home." After coming to the lake for a couple years, we fell in love with the area and made it our permanent home. During our "rare" time off, we enjoy boating, spending time with friends, or getting together with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. Throughout my real estate career, I have been a consistent multi-million dollar sales producer and have received many awards. I have earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Master of Real Estate (MRE) designations. Earning the CRS designation involved 5 days of class time and a minimum 115 sales transactions over a 5-year period. To keep the MRE designation, additional education above and beyond the classes needed for license renewal is required. My past experience and continuing participation in real estate education enables me to provide the highest quality of service to my customers and clients. I put the needs of my buyers and sellers first, providing them with the highest quality service, while conducting my business in an honest, ethical and professional manner. This philosophy has enabled me to enjoy a successful and profitable career in real estate.
