About Susan

I have been a licensed Missouri REALTOR since 1997 and hold a Missouri Broker's license.  I also have several years' experience in condo property management.  In 2000, along with my husband Dale, also a licensed broker, Four Winds Realty was established.  To learn more about Four Winds Realty, visit the website at www.fourwindsre.com. 

I grew up in central Wisconsin near a lake/resort area.  I moved to Milwaukee after high school where I met and married Dale.  We moved to the St. Louis area in 1987 and in 1994, purchased a condo at Lake of the Ozarks with the intention of it being a "second home."  After coming to the lake for a couple years, we fell in love with the area and made it our permanent home.  During our "rare" time off, we enjoy boating, spending time with friends, or getting together with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren who live just 85 miles away in Springfield, Missouri.

 Throughout my real estate career, I have been a consistent multi-million dollar sales producer and have received many awards.  I hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.  Earning the CRS designation involved 5 days of class time and a minimum 115 sales transactions over a 5-year period.  My past experience and continuing participation in real estate education enables me to provide the highest quality of service to my customers and clients.

I base my successful real estate career on the H.I.P. theory.  Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism.  And I always put the interests of my sellers and buyers first!
