Cedar Glen is located west of Camdenton off Lake Road 54-79 at the 14 mile mark of the Big Niangua.  Started in 1997, Cedar Glen now has finished new construction.  There are two golf courses within one mile.

Cedar Green began construction in 2004 and is still building units.  It is located about 2 miles west of Camdenton at the 13 mile mark of the Big Niangua.  There are 2 golf courses located within 2 miles.

Clearwater Condominiums are located about 5 miles west of Camdenton at the 8 mile mark of the Big Niangua.  The complex   was started in 2003 and is nearing completion. It is located within 3 miles of two golf courses.

Horizons is a small, private complex located 5 miles north of Camdenton at the 1 mile mark of the Big Niangua.  The development was built in the mid 1990's.

Lake Valley is an established complex located west of Camdenton at the 14 mile mark of the Big Niangua.  There are 2 golf courses located within 1-1/2 miles.

Miramar is a new development and is located about 4 miles north of Camdenton at the 2 mile mark of the Big Niangua.  It is convenient by water to many lakeside restaurants and by land to a large grocery store and restaurants in Greenview.  Easy access to the new Highway 5.

Oak Bluff is located 2 miles north of Camdenton at the 8 mile mark of the Big Niangua.  Situated on a bluff, Oak Bluff is known for its fabulous view of the lake.

Shores of Camelot ("The Shores") is located 5 miles north of Camdenton at the 1 mile mark of the Big Niangua.  The concept of the developer to have only 4 units to each building made this development a popular one for full-time, as well as part-time residents.  The Shores was started in 1988 and completed in 1996.

Summer Place is located 11 miles north of Camdenton at the 35 mile mark of the Osage arm of the lake.  The units show the developer's commitment to high quality construction.  Building is nearing completion for the lake front condos.  There are plans to build attached patio homes throughout the off-shore areas.

Summer Hill is located about 4 miles north of Camdenton at the 5 mile marker of the Big Niangua in a cove location.  The complex is convenient by water to several lakeside restaurants and offers easy access to the new Highway 5 for shopping in Camdenton and Greenview.

  Vision Condominiums are located 7 miles north of Camdenton at the 3 mile mark of the Big Niangua.  Construction on Vision began in the late 1990's and is completed.

  Windsor Bay is located 10 miles north of Camdenton at the 34 mile mark of the Osage arm of the lake.  The units were constructed in the early to mid 1990's and overlook the Hurricane Deck bridge.
